From HR Teams Across Malaysia

FN

Farah Nabilah

HR Manager, Petaling Jaya

We used the online module as part of our annual onboarding sequence. The scenarios were recognisable — office situations our new hires actually encounter. A few senior staff went through it too and said they found the glossary section genuinely useful for understanding terms in our internal policy documents.

Compliance Lead, Kuala Lumpur

The half-day workshop ran well. What made the difference was that the facilitator didn't just present content — there was real discussion happening. The summary memo was a useful outcome too; we referenced it when updating our internal conduct FAQ three months later.

We commissioned the programme build to establish something our team could run internally. The twelve weeks were structured around our context from the beginning — they did proper interviews with our HR lead and mapped content to our industry before writing anything. The finished materials were ready to hand to our internal trainers.

Head of People, Johor Bahru

I appreciated the plain language. We've had ethics training from other providers and the materials often feel like they were written for lawyers. Quanten's module reads like it was written for people who work in an office and need a practical reference — which is exactly what we needed for our team.

L&D Coordinator, Penang

The workshop session fit cleanly into our half-year awareness calendar. Coordination was straightforward — they came to us, brought their own materials, and the written memo afterwards was something our HR director could file as a record. The only thing I'd say is that scheduling needs about three weeks' lead time.

HR Business Partner, Kuala Lumpur

The engagement letter before the programme build was a detail I noticed positively — everything was set out before work started, which made sign-off internally straightforward. The final deliverables were comprehensive and our internal trainers were briefed clearly at the handover stage.

Two Engagements in Detail

Case Study A · Professional Services Firm, KL · 2024

Challenge

A professional services organisation with around 80 staff had a formal code of conduct document but no structured means of introducing it to new hires or refreshing familiarity among longer-serving staff. HR wanted something that could be deployed at scale without requiring a full day's calendar commitment per person.

Approach

The Code-of-Conduct Awareness Module was deployed for the full team — new hires completed it as part of induction, and existing staff worked through it over a two-week window. The printable summary card was printed and placed in new starter packs.

Outcome

78 staff completed the module within the two-week window. HR reported that internal enquiries about conduct policy interpretation decreased noticeably in the following quarter, and the summary card became a standard item in their onboarding pack.

"It addressed a gap we'd had for two years in a way that was proportionate — not a major undertaking, just something that worked."

Case Study B · Manufacturing Organisation, Selangor · 2024

Challenge

A manufacturing operation was preparing for a governance review and needed to demonstrate a structured approach to ethics awareness. They had existing policies but no programme documentation, no facilitator materials, and no way to demonstrate calendar-based delivery.

Approach

Quanten conducted the Internal Ethics Programme Build over twelve weeks. Scoping interviews covered the organisation's governance context, shift-based workforce structure, and existing policy documents. Content mapping produced a calendar of four annual touchpoints with full facilitator materials for each.

Outcome

The client had a documented programme calendar and complete facilitator pack within the engagement period. Internal trainers delivered the first session in the quarter following handover. The materials were structured for easy adaptation by the client's own HR advisors over time.

"The scoping process was thorough. They understood our environment before they wrote anything, which made the final materials actually fit our context."
