QU-005 · Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Who are these programmes intended for?
The materials are designed for HR teams, compliance officers, and line managers in Malaysian organisations who want to introduce or refresh staff familiarity with conduct expectations. Individual modules are also suitable for use in onboarding calendars.
How is the online module delivered?
The Code-of-Conduct Awareness Module is self-paced and accessible via browser — no specialised platform is required. Upon enquiry, we'll share access and supporting file formats suited to your organisation's setup.
Can the workshop be run at our premises?
Yes. The Half-Day Workshop is designed as an on-site session. We'll coordinate a suitable room setup and time slot. The facilitator brings printed worksheets and the session concludes with a written summary memo for the organiser to keep.
What does the twelve-week programme build involve?
It begins with scoping interviews to understand your organisation's context — industry, headcount, existing policies. From there, we map content, design a calendar of awareness touchpoints, and produce facilitator and participant materials. The output is a starter programme your internal trainers can run and develop further with their own advisors.
Do these programmes qualify as regulated professional services?
Quanten's offerings are educational materials, document templates, B2B operational consulting, and general awareness programmes. They are not regulated professional services and do not substitute for qualified legal, HR, or compliance advice.
What are the payment terms?
We issue a standard invoice upon confirmation of engagement. For the Internal Ethics Programme Build, a portion is payable on commencement with the remainder on delivery. Specific terms are outlined in the engagement letter provided before work begins. Payment is accepted via bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit.
How is participant data handled?
Participant information collected during workshops or module completion is used solely to support the engagement. We do not share personal data with third parties except where required for delivery. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
