Three Formats for
Ethics Awareness Work
One organisation might need a single online module for onboarding. Another needs a full programme calendar. Each format below addresses a different scope — with transparent pricing in Malaysian Ringgit.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Awareness Work
Effective ethics awareness is built on familiarity, not instruction. When staff encounter a realistic scenario that mirrors their day-to-day environment, the material sticks. When they're given time to discuss it in a structured setting, the insights carry forward into actual decisions.
Every Quanten programme is built around that premise. The scenarios are Malaysian in character. The facilitation questions are open rather than leading. The outputs — whether a printed summary card, a workshop memo, or a full programme calendar — are designed for use by the people who attended, not filed away as a compliance record.
Context-First
Scoping interviews or content review before any material is written.
Discussion-Led
Workshops built around open team discussion, not passive delivery.
Ownership Handover
Materials designed for your team to take over and run independently.
Code-of-Conduct
Awareness Module
A self-paced online module of approximately 90 minutes, covering the everyday application of a typical workplace code of conduct. The module walks through common situations encountered in office settings — including grey-area decisions around gifts, conflicts of interest, and communication norms — alongside a glossary of terms used in internal conduct policies.
Includes scenario reflections and a printable summary card. Suited as part of a broader internal awareness calendar coordinated by HR, or as a standalone component in an onboarding sequence.
- Approximately 90 minutes, self-paced
- Scenario reflections throughout
- Glossary of internal conduct policy terms
- Printable summary card included
- Browser-accessible, no platform required

Workplace Ethics
Half-Day Workshop
A four-hour on-site workshop for teams of up to twenty participants. The session covers structured discussion of common workplace situations — drawn from the kinds of decisions staff actually face — working through case studies grounded in office contexts, and a facilitated team-reflection segment.
Includes printed worksheets for each participant and a written summary memo provided to the organiser within five working days, documenting the themes and discussion points raised by the team. Suited as a recurring element in an annual awareness calendar.
- Four hours, on-site at your premises
- Up to twenty participants
- Printed worksheets provided
- Written summary memo included
- Pre-session briefing with HR coordinator
Internal Ethics
Programme Build
A consulting engagement of approximately twelve weeks, designed to help an organisation plan, document, and launch its own internal workplace ethics awareness programme. The process covers scoping interviews, content mapping against the client's industry context, design of a calendar of awareness touchpoints, and creation of facilitator and participant materials.
Output is a complete starter programme the client can run with internal trainers and refine onward — with support from their own qualified advisors. The engagement letter issued at the outset sets out a clear milestone structure across the twelve weeks.
- Twelve-week structured engagement
- Scoping interviews included
- Content mapped to your industry
- Full facilitator & participant materials
- Programme calendar designed for internal use
- B2B document templates included
12-Week Process
Weeks 1–2: Scoping interviews & context review
Weeks 3–7: Content mapping & calendar design
Weeks 8–11: Material production & review
