A Considered Approach
to Conduct Awareness
Quanten was established to help Malaysian organisations build structured, well-documented approaches to workplace conduct awareness — without the weight of dense frameworks or hollow compliance exercises.
Back to HomeHow Quanten Came Together
Quanten grew out of a practical observation: many Malaysian organisations had sound internal policies on paper, but found it difficult to translate those policies into a shared understanding among staff. The gap was not one of intent — it was one of format and accessibility.
We set out to address that gap through materials that people would actually read and sessions that prompted real conversation. Our starting premise was straightforward — ethics awareness works better when it is grounded in familiar, day-to-day situations rather than abstracted principles.
Over the years, the team has worked with HR practitioners, compliance leads, and senior management across a range of Malaysian industries — from professional services and financial organisations to manufacturing and the public sector. Each engagement has reinforced the same finding: the most productive awareness work happens when it connects to the organisation's own context, not a generic template lifted from elsewhere.
Quanten's offerings reflect that experience. Whether an organisation is running a single module for onboarding purposes or commissioning a full internal programme, the underlying approach stays the same — structured, plain-language, and built around how real workplace decisions actually get made.

How We Work
Plain-Language Writing
All materials are reviewed for clarity and accessibility before delivery. We avoid jargon that would require a legal background to interpret.
Context-First Scoping
Before any content is written, we gather information about the organisation's sector, size, and existing conduct documentation to ensure relevance.
Data Handling
Participant information collected during workshops is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). No data is shared without consent.
Review Before Delivery
Drafted materials go through an internal review cycle before being shared with clients — checking factual consistency and format suitability.
Engagement Letters
All projects are governed by a written engagement letter outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees before work begins.
Post-Engagement Review
Clients receive a short structured review form after each engagement. Responses shape how we refine and improve materials over time.
Grounded in Everyday Work
Workplace conduct covers a wide territory — how staff navigate conflicts of interest, how teams handle sensitive information, how individuals respond to pressure or ambiguity in reporting lines. Awareness of these areas does not come from a single briefing or an annual declaration. It builds gradually, through repeated exposure to relevant examples and structured time for reflection.
Quanten's programmes are designed to support that gradual build. The self-paced module is suited to individuals who benefit from working through material at their own pace. The half-day workshop creates space for teams to discuss cases together — often surfacing local norms and assumptions that written materials alone would not catch. The full programme build brings an organisation to a point where it owns and can sustain its own awareness calendar, without remaining dependent on an external provider for every touchpoint.
We work from Kuala Lumpur and serve clients across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Engagements are conducted in English, with bilingual material supplements available for workshops where needed. Our organisational background spans HR consulting, training design, and corporate communications — drawn together around the specific purpose of making conduct awareness more practical for the organisations that need it.
